Job Details

 Network monitoring and incident response .Implement, support, and manage network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls and load balancers. Perform scheduled and emergency network maintenance. Implement, and document network services to support the internal customer service offerings. Take customer case escalations from our customer support organization, trouble shoot and resolve customer issues. Communicate resolutions and progress using a case management system .Deploy and manage network management and monitoring systems .Develop procedures and policies for new customer turn-ups, service level agreements, and network security. Some night, morning, and weekend work will be required.

• Ability and willingness to travel; frequency is dependent on the office location and project assignments
• Solid working knowledge of MS Office Programs - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
